How many People can your venue accommodate ?

We can comfortably accommodate 200 guests in our barn.

Do you have list of recommended vendors ?

We do have recommended vendors listed on the Vendor page of our website. You can choose any vendor you wish, we do not require you to use our recommended vendors.

When can vendors arrive for set up?

Your vendors can arrive at 12 pm on the day of your event for set up.When you book your event, you have the venue for 11 hours.

How much do you charge for tables and chairs?

We have simple inclusive pricing that includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, you will need to supply your linens.

Are we allowed to bring in decorations?

Yes!  We ask that you do not nail into the walls, or do anything that will leave permanent marks.

What is the deposit for booking a date?

A deposit of 1/3 of the total cost of the wedding or event is required in order to hold your date. The net 1/3 is due 6 months prior to the event and the last 1/3 is due 30 days before your event date.

How many events do you host a day?

When you book your event, it is your day- evening only. Our venue only has one event per day.

Do you have someone on-site during events?

Yes, we have a venue manager that will help assist with any needs during your event. We also will have security at every event.

Who sets up the tables and chairs that the venue provides?

Our team will set up the tables and chairs according to the layout you choose for your event. You or your event coordinator ( if you choose to hire one) will be responsible for setting up any of your decorations that you are bringing.

What are your venue rules?

Because we care about our guests safety as well as our community, we follow all local, state and federal laws. We have some important rules you must abide by when having your event at Granville Farms.

  1. Alcohol can only be served by a properly licensed and insured bartender. No alcohol can be brought in by guests, although you as the event organizer can bring your own alcohol as long as it is served by a licensed bartender.
  2. You must carry event liability insurance. The cost usually runs around $150.00 with major wedding insurance companies; Wedsafe, Markel, or Wedsure.
  3. Each individual vendor you use must carry its own liability insurance.                     ( caterer, bartender, etc)
  4. Reception must end by 11 PM due to Volusia County Ordinance.
  5. You will be liable for any damage or theft by your guests.
